“Market Reach” is one of the most important aspects in marketing and awareness of the products that we sell. This not only enhances customer contact but even increases awareness. Mithila Motors has a network of offices strategically located in different parts of the state. As a part of the ongoing process of better customer contact more than half a dozen touch points have been opened. These touch points have order placing counters, product information and finance support.  This facilitates us to have an easy access to every part of the state and every level of customer and even gives us an opportunity to serve our customers better.  

Mithila Motors have four service facilities with over 60+ service bays catering to almost 100 vehicles being services daily. With two dedicated workshops for accidental repairs and two parts warehouses and stores to cater to part availability at all times.
